Team Overview:

Guest Data Platform(GDP) - Identity Resolution combines disparate guest data from Target’s various touchpoints into a unified guest view. It addresses the need for a holistic guest profile, enhancing personalization, coherence, and trust across interactions. This solution supports personalized experiences, improves brand perception, and provides centralized, accurate data to drive enterprise decisions and competitive advantage.

• Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms & software design.
• Tech Stack :Java, Spring Boot, Webflux, Kafka, REST, JanusGraph, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, Spark, Scala
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems.
• Deliver high-performance, scalable, repeatable, and secure deliverables with broad impact.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
