Team Overview:

Guest Data Sourcing delivers high-quality guest data to GDP, enabling seamless guest identity resolution and a 360-degree view for Target. It unifies and standardizes guest data from diverse sources, ensuring consistency and quality across GDP products. Our work drives key decisions in marketing, merchandising, personalization, and more, while managing vendor relationships and privacy compliance.

• 1-4 year degree or equivalent experience
• Tech Stack :Java/Kotlin, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST, Postgres. Nice to have - Spark, Scala
• Demonstrates and continuously builds upon domain-specific knowledge
• Demonstrates proficiency in at least one computer language
• Understands the concepts of distributed programming and applies it to their domain
• Possesses working knowledge of transaction codes/master data used within specific domain and participates in building custom solutions in the packag
• Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise
• Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
