About the Job:
The Sr Manager Product Ops Analytics is responsible lead a high-performing team responsible for business process analysis, product validations, and business monitoring. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and business owners to enhance existing product capabilities, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless operation across the supply chain.
Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product ops analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Data Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decisions on improving inventory placement and positioning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, logistics, and technology, to execute key production levers and manage the first mile and middle-mile network.
Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough data analysis and research to identify new opportunities for enhancing overall supply chain metrics and performance.
Trend Analysis: Analyze underlying trends to identify potential product issues, provide recommendations for improvements, and enhance existing product features.
Quality Assurance: Test and monitor new features in production environments to ensure they perform as expected and meet quality standards.
Defect Management: Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to drive defect management processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient production environment.
Peak Season Execution: Execute defined key tasks during peak volumes to ensure operational excellence and minimal disruptions.

Reports to Director Product operations based out of Target in India
Located in Bangalore
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 8 -12 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
SQL knowledge
Reporting and Dashboarding in Domo (or similar)
