About Team overview

Roundel is Target’s retail media network, delivering performance-driven advertising solutions for brands. Our Measurement team empowers advertisers and merchants with robust, privacy-safe, and scalable measurement capabilities. From attribution modeling to incrementality testing, our mission is to strengthen advertiser trust and optimize campaign performance through scientifically sound and intuitive measurement tools.

Role overview

As a Product Manager – Measurement, you will lead the strategy and execution for a suite of capabilities that include attribution modeling, closed-loop measurement (CLM), and incrementality experimentation (e.g., Synthetic Control, Geo Testing, RCT). You will collaborate across engineering, data science, UX, and commercial teams to design scalable solutions that power insightful, privacy-forward, and actionable media performance reporting.

Your responsibilities,

  • Own and evolve the roadmap for measurement solutions including attribution models, funnel visualization, and experimentation products like Synthetic Control and Geo Testing.

  • Lead the expansion of CLM capabilities across owned-and-operated and offsite media channels (via clean room integrations).

  • Enable flexible attribution frameworks (time windows, interaction types) and advanced media metrics (new buyer ROAS, unique reach).

  • Partner with Data Science to define incrementality methodologies and validate experimental design and forecasting models.

  • Drive development of a unified, self-service UI for experimentation and reporting tools, ensuring ease of use for non-technical users.

  • Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deliver performant, privacy-safe, and low-latency measurement pipelines.

  • Define and monitor key KPIs, product health dashboards, and reporting latency metrics to improve product delivery and adoption.

  • Conduct discovery sprints to synthesize customer needs into product hypotheses and validate concepts early in the lifecycle.

  • Benchmark our measurement and experimentation features against leading ad platforms and stay current with emerging industry practices.

About You

  • 4–8 years of product management or relevant domain experience in adtech, martech, or analytics tools.

  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling, CLM systems, and incrementality testing methodologies (e.g., Geo Testing, RCT).

  • Hands-on experience working with Data Science teams; comfortable with statistics and experimental design.

  • Adept in cloud-based databases, data pipelines, and SQL; familiarity with privacy-forward data practices.

  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive product experiences for diverse users.

  • Experience designing UI-centric, self-serve tools for internal or external users.

  • Skilled at driving cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders across engineering, UX, GTM, sales, and legal.

  • Familiar with Agile tools, user stories, sprint planning, OKRs, and product health metrics.

  • Strategic mindset with excellent prioritization, problem-solving, and execution skills.
