Role Summary :
As aSenior Engineer (L5)you willdrive the design, architecture, development, testing, and deploymentof full‑stack capabilities across multiple product teams. You serve as a technical mentor, champion secure‑by‑design practices, and lead the integration of Generative AI into production systems.Key Responsibilities
Drive the end‑to‑end deliveryof full‑stack features, balancing speed, quality, and sustainability.
Collaborate with product, UX, SRE, and platform teamsto translate product requirements into scalable technical designs.
Architect and maintainrobust, scalable, and secure back‑end services & APIs (microservices, event‑driven, serverless).
Build user‑centric front‑end interfaceswith React/TypeScript and modern UI patterns.
Lead code reviews, establish testing strategies,and uphold engineering best practices.
Mentor engineers (L4), fostering a culture of continuous learning and psychological safety.
Advance security postureby performing threat modeling, vulnerability management, and incident response.
Partner with InfoSec and platform teamsto prioritize remediation and reduce enterprise risk.
Lead Gen AI proof‑of‑concepts(LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings) and shepherd successful experiments into production.
Required Qualifications :
5–7 yearsof professional full‑stack development experience.
3+ yearssupporting mission‑critical production systems, including on‑call rotations.
Deep proficiency inReact(or Vue/Angular) andKotlin/Micronaut, Java/Spring, or Pythonon the back end.
Expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL) and event streaming (Kafka).
Hands‑on experience with relational & NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Demonstrated experience automating CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure and application security; scripting inshell/Python, config mgmt inChef/Terraform.
Proven problem‑solving ability, excellent communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills.
Hands‑on with Gen AI frameworks(OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases) and prompt engineering.
Preferred Skills :
Domain expertise inGenesys Cloud CX, Salesforce Service Cloud, Verizon Voice, GCP Speech/Vertex AI, or other telephony/IVR/Voice AIplatforms.
Experience implementingsecurity compliance(PCI‑DSS, GLBA, SOX) in large enterprises.
Track record ofshipping AI‑powered featuresto production at scale.
