Role Summary :


As aLead Engineer (L6)you willown the technical strategy, architecture, and deliveryfor multiple teams building full‑stack, AI‑enabled contact‑center products. You will guide architectural evolution, champion security and reliability, and scale Generative AI adoption across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate architectural visionfor full‑stack and event‑driven systems, aligning to enterprise guardrails.

  • Drive high‑stakes design decisions(build vs. buy, domain boundaries, data models) across products and teams.

  • Lead, mentor, and grow engineers(L4–L5) through coaching, design reviews, and career guidance.

  • Establish and monitor SLIs/SLOs; partner with SRE to improve availability, latency, and cost efficiency.

  • Champion secure‑by‑design practices; conduct threat modeling, oversee penetration tests, and drive remediation at scale.

  • Integrate Generative AIcapabilities (LLMs, RAG, agents) into platform architecture, balancing innovation with risk.

  • Influence portfolio roadmapsby articulating technical trade‑offs and business impact to senior leadership.

  • Cultivate engineering culturefocused on psychological safety, learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ yearsof software engineering experience with at least3 yearsin a technical leadership/architect role.

  • Demonstrated mastery of full‑stack development (React/TypeScript; Kotlin/Micronaut, Java/Spring, Python) and distributed system design.

  • Proven track record operatingmission‑critical, high‑scaleplatforms (99.9 %+ availability).

  • Deep expertise in cloud architecture (GCP preferred), CI/CD automation, observability, and cost optimization.

  • Extensive knowledge of application & infrastructure security, compliance (PCI‑DSS, GLBA, SOX), and incident management.

  • Experience architecting and shippingAI‑powered capabilities(OpenAI, Vertex AI, Hugging Face, vector DBs) to production.

  • Exceptional communication and influence skills; ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

  • Expertise withGenesys Cloud CX, Salesforce Service Cloud, Verizon Voice, or other large‑scale telephony/IVR ecosystems.

  • Experience leadingenterprise‑wide modernizationor platform migration initiatives.

  • Contributions to open‑source or industry standards; conference speaking
