Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end validation of business processes within system changes, enhancements, and new implementations.
- Collaborate with product managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to define, document, and refine business and functional requirements.
- Develop, manage, and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT scenarios in alignment with process requirements.
- Identify, track, and coordinate resolution of system defects; ensure proper retesting and closure.
- Maintain and update documentation including test scripts, process flows, knowledge articles, and SOPs.
- Support operational readiness for system changes through documentation, training inputs, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide regular test status updates and insights through dashboards and reporting tools.
- Participate in requirement discovery sessions, design reviews, sprint ceremonies, and release planning activities.
- Recommend process and system enhancements based on test outcomes, root cause analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain a centralized repository of test artifacts and system/process documentation.
- Mentor junior analysts and testers, providing support and best practices.
Skills: Experience in/with
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in systems or business analysis, preferably within operations
- Strong experience with system testing, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of business process modeling and workflow documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
- Preferable experience with Python, Automation, Selenium, TSYS and IVR Testing
