Team overview:
A role in the Available to Promise (ATP) team entails creating industry-leading intelligent solutions to drive best-in-class omni-channel guest experiences. ATP products focus on digital order fulfillment while optimizing availability, fulfillment costs, guest promises, and leveraging deep business insights and analytics to propel Target's Supply Chain. Role overview:
In this role, your primary focus would be to provide optimization solutions that span across multiple products within the omni-channel fulfillment space. You will collaborate closely with the Data Science, Analytics, and engineering teams to develop new capabilities aimed at addressing business problems. These solutions will involve delving into historical data, analyzing patterns, and subsequently offering intelligence signals to enhance other fulfillment products. This collaborative effort aims to reduce fulfillment costs and elevate the overall guest experience.
As a Sr. Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will collaborate with your product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to build a strong knowledge of your product through product discovery to collect customer feedback and work to collect other relevant data points that explain the value and help you prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.
You will be the “voice of the product” to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.
You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as, inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:
4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)
6+ year’s Product Management experience; supply chain or equivalent domain experience preferred
Understanding of basic applied mathematics principles
Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills leveraging data
Strong communication skills
Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross functional partners.
Demonstrated experience working in a product model using industry best practices.
