Team overview

The Target Enterprise Services (TES) organization is close to the action: through guest and team member communication channels, financial products and services and financial operations.  From guest service professionals and product designers, to vendor managers and financial and workforce management analysts, TES comprises several key and high-visibility areas that elevate and nurture Target’s distinctive reputation. We cultivate loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service and support. And we foster a culture of responsive, knowledgeable and committed service—from the inside out—through enterprise services our people can count on.

Product Teams at Target Corporation are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology and design work.

TES has many important challenges to be met by our Product Teams.  These teams develop and maintain various applications used across Service Center and Enterprise teams, including the Axiom platform that brought the experience of Target.com to Service Centers, allowing co-browse, checkout, and post-order service in a user-friendly application, as well as a modernized Telephony platform to ensure agents are able to connect and support guest needs.
