• Key responsibility will be to work with different teams within FP&A / Finance to draw out key insights / drive new analytics around different areas of the business.
• Analyze business performance and support decision making by providing stakeholders with meaningful insights and visibility on business performance on a regular basis;
• Generate insights into business performance to help drive improve financial results and facilitate data-based decision making
• Use data extraction tools to extract and manipulate large amounts of data
• Build scenarios, plug and play models, what if analysis to simulate the financial impacts of various operational decisions
• Develop, model and apply analytical best practices using new and emerging technologies to raise the bar for performance in analysis by sharing with others well documented analytical solutions.
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset by seeking out efficient ways to solve problems and to continually improve technically, implement best practises and analytical acumen
• Develop and analysefinancialreports/Dashboards/Data Validations

• Reports to Senior Manager, FP&A (Target India)
• Partner with Finance teams in India
• Partner with Global FP&A teams based out of Minneapolis

• 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst, Data Analyst or Business Analyst
• B.E/B.Tech,M.Tech, M.Sc. , MCA.,B.Com/ M.Com, CA, MBA, CMA, CWA
• Basic understanding ofstatistical analysis, understanding forecasting/predictive modelling, etc.
• Advanced SQL experience writing complex queries
• Experiencewith analytics toolssuch asHadoop, Hive, Spark, Python, R, Domo and/or equivalent technologiesis an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous problem definitions, recognize dependencies and deliver solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to businessand finance leaders, and translate ideas between them
• Intellectually curious, high energy and a strong work ethic
• Comfort with ambiguity and open-ended problems in support of Finance
