As the Director ofSupply Chain Execution Control CenterAnalytics,you willbe responsible forbuilding,leadingand developing a high performing,inclusive and engagedOperations Planningand Control Centerteam.  You and your team will leadthe Enterprisethrough the development of operational plansand the execution control centerthatsupportour annual financial plans and market share goals across Target’s replenishmentand fulfillmentnetwork.  In addition,you’lllead the evolution of howtheSupply Planning and Executionteamshind-sights andcreatesaGSCL,Storesand last mile node level, rolling 13-week forecast each week acrossPlanning & Inventory Managementand GSCL teams.  Lastly,you’llplay an active role inshort, mid and long termnetwork synchronization;you’llbe responsible forinfluencing the Enterprise to make theappropriate inventorypurchasingand arrival decisions to support ourfirst mile,middlemile,storesand last milenetwork capabilities.

Additionalresponsibilities include:

  • Build and develop ahighperforming,inclusive and engaged team.

  • Lead the Enterprise through the assembly of quarterly operational consensus plans.

  • Play a role in leading theshort, mid andlong rangeplanning and problem solving needed to supportevolvingnetwork capabilities.

  • Evolve the weekly forecasting operating routines, responsibilities, goals and reporting needs betweenNetwork Planning,S&OP,Planning and Inventory Management,StoresandSupply Chain.

  • Deliver a weeklyshort rangesupply forecast for replenishment and fulfillmentfor field staffing purposesincludingdelivering by site forecast accuracy goals

  • Lead a weekly business review thatidentifiesbusiness-specific drivers of forecast inaccuracy to inform forward looking adjustments

  • Defineproblemsstatements with correspondingefficiency impactin effort to drive prioritization ofDemandandSupply Planningtech enabled optimization tactics in partnership withData Sciences and Target Tech 

  • Play an active role in developing a roadmap ofthe execution controlcenter and itsoperationalintelligence needs to support0 –10 yearsupply planning precision.

  • Experience translating data from an array of sources into insights/go-forward recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 yeardegree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of team leadership experience

  • 10+ years of experience indemand andoperationalsupplyplanning,supply chain,execution controlcenter,ora relatedfunction.

  • Knowledge of supply chain, integrated business planning,and inventory management fundamentals, systems, and practical applications.

  • Ability to lead and foster a culture of belonging.

  • Strongcommunicationandstorytelling abilities.

  • Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to manage risk.

  • High degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, deriving actionable insights and forward-thinking recommendations.

  • Ability to adopt an enterprise mindset that understandsimpactof business decisions and partner organizations.  

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders andmanagingrelationships across the enterprise.

  • Demonstrated ability tooperatein a rapidly changing work and industry environment and manage complex priorities and situations with degrees of variation and uncertainty.
