As an HR Operations Lead Specialist, you will take ownership of escalated issues and contacts that require additional research. You’ll make decisions based on past experience and impact, take partners as necessary and model high quality guest service. You will provide feedback to HROC teams based on opportunities that have surfaced during review of issues. In your role, you will respond to all issues in a timely manner and appropriately track and document resolution, while maintaining confidentiality. You’ll also assist with identifying, developing and implementing improvements to existing and new procedures and functions to maximize service delivery to our guests. This includes significant elements of project management including, but not limited to, process mapping, development and testing of resources and process, documentation of procedures, training and sharing of ongoing feedback to teams based on performance, monitoring and reporting results, and sustained, successful service delivery.
Partner with T&C team to provide Operational support to carry out all the learning requirements for Target in India
- Plan, organize, moderate, execute and be the producers for new team members & contractor onboarding’s ensuring a great team member experience
- Provide logistical & administrative support for internal and external Training needs
- Ensure on-time communication to candidates and team member on onboarding, learnings
- Administering pre-learning assessments, collate assessments and make the data available for trainers/facilitators.
- Coordinate/collaborate with various stakeholders to run smooth and timely trainings
- Vendor managements, logistics, orders, invoicing, scheduling etc…
- Manage registration links, attendance & feedback collection
- Creation of feedback survey, feedback tool administration and data management
- Preparing reports weekly, monthly and quarterly reports using data from attendance, learning experience & feedback
- Good hands on knowledge video conferencing tool like zoom to manage the training virtually for all the training needs. (Manage recording, managing transcript, chat support, break-out rooms etc..)
- Ensure timely sign-up from leaders, trainers and facilitators and follows-up for a great learning and facilitation experience
- Ability engage large audience during the trainings and ensure smooth flow between difference trainers and facilitators
- Publishing training on eLearning platforms and workday
- Coordinating and facilitation vendor and niche training requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 2-6 years of Learning and development support experience
- Strong time management, prioritization, organization, problem solving, decision making and follow-up skills
- Flexible to work from office on regular or based on training requirements
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and multi-task while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal savvy to interface with all levels of the organization and external candidates
- Ability to work with highly confidential information through demonstration of integrity and trust
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

Preferred Requirements:
• Knowledge of Target’s policies and procedures
• Previous experience with coordinating projects
• Strong working knowledge of HR Operation functions, systems, processes and procedures and understanding of our relationship with the field and client
